Pentru Primăria Capitalei la PSD au fost sondate mai multe variante inclusiv fostul mare internațional Ionuț Lupescu.
La alegerile locale se poate vota unde este arondat alegătorul conform domiciliului sau reședinței.
Cu ce echipe de fotbal țin candidații la Primăria Capitalei 2024: Nicușor Dan, Piedone și Cătălin Cârstoiu
Nu se poate vota în străinătate. La locale există liste speciale complementare, pe care sunt incluși cetățenii UE cu reședință în România, care pot vota pentru autoritățile locale.
Pentru a putea vota la adresa de reședință, alegătorul trebuie să obțină dovada reședinței cu cel puțin 60 de zile înaintea datei alegerilor (10 aprilie).
Apoi se poate înscrie și în Registrul Electoral cu adresa de reședință cu cel târziu 45 de zile înainte de data alegerilor, pentru a vota pe liste permanente unde are reședința. Dacă nu se înscrie în registru, poate vota fie la domiciliu, fie la reședință.
Nicușor Dan este cu echipa pe care o finanțează, dar care nu are secție de fotbal: CSM București
Nicușor Dan nu avea treabă cu sportul, dar ulterior a fost văzut în tribunele Sălii Polivalente atunci când echipa de handbal CSM București evolua în cupele europene. ;i s-a bucurat de succesele avute ]n Liga Campionilor.
Actualul edil s-a născut la data de 20 decembrie 1969, în Făgăraș, Brașov și are vârsta de 54 de ani. Bărbatul este un activist civic și matematician român, inițiator și fost președinte al partidului Uniunea Salvați România.
De asemenea, a candidat pentru funcția de primar general al Bucureștiului la alegerile din iunie 2012 și alegerile locale din 2016, a fost consilier general al municipiului București în 2016 și, din decembrie 2016, este deputat de București.
La alegerile locale din 2020 a fost ales în funcția de primar general al capitalei cu 42,8% din voturi.
Piedone e rapidist, în plus s-a fotografiat cu Șumudică
Cristian Victor Piedone Popescu s-a născut pe 15 februarie 1963 și este din București. Acesta a fost primarul sectorului 4 al capitalei, din 2008 până în 2015. În 2020, a fost ales primar pentru sectorul 5, funcție pe care a pierdut-o în 2022.
Apropiații spun despre el că e fan al giuleștenilor însă nu obișnuiește să meargă la meciurile favoriților. De curând s-a fotografiat cu Marius Șumudică, apropiați afirmând că e fan rapidist.
Cătălin Cârstoiu nu are nicio treabă cu sportul
În vârstă de 50 de ani, Cătălin Cîrstoiu este medic ortoped, manager al Spitalului Universitar de Urgență București (SUUB) și șef al Secției Ortopedie-Traumatologie I a SUUB.
De asemenea, Cîrstoiu este și decan al Facultății de Medicină din cadrul Universității ”Carol Davila” din București.
Nu este un fan al sportului și nu a fost văzut pe niciun stadion sau sală de sport.
În aprilie 2020, în timpul pandemiei COVID-19, Cătălin Cîrstoiu a fost numit în funcția de manager interimar al Spitalului Universitar, în locul Adrianei Nica, demisă din cauza modului în care a gestionat criza sanitară.

Coaliția a stabilit calendarul alegerilor din 2024 în România. Alegerile locale și cele europarlamentare au fost comasate, iar alegerile prezidențiale au fost devansate.
- 9 iunie 2024 – alegeri locale și alegeri europarlamentare
- 15 și 29 septembrie 2024 – alegeri prezidențiale
- 8 decembrie 2024 – alegeri parlamentare.
