Cele patru semifinaliste s-au calificat în această fază în urma rezultatelor din manşa unică a sferturilor: Rapid Bucureşti – Gloria Buzău 29-23, CSM Bucureşti – CSM Slatina 34-23, Dunărea Brăila, care a beneficiat cu 10-0 de neprezentarea formaţiei HC Zalău, şi Gloria Bistriţa – CSM Târgu Jiu 27-26.
În 2023, CSM Bucureşti a câştigat pentru a şasea oară Cupa României, după finala cu CSM Târgu Jiu (31-25).
