CSM Iași 2020 a debutat cu o victorie la Turneul Final al Diviziei A la handbal feminin și mai are necvoie de un succes, în semifinale, pentru a promova în Liga Florilor.
Vineri, în prima zi a turneului final gădzuit chiar de Sala Polivalentă din Iași, CSM Iași 2020 a trecut cu 32-25 (17-14) de CS Universitatea Cluj Napoca și va juca meciul decisiv pentru promovare cu Activ Prahova Ploiești.
CSM Slatina a realizat scorul zilei
Vineri a debutat, la Iași, Turneul Final al Diviziei A la handbal feminin, competiție care va desemna cele două echipe promovate direct în Liga Florilor, dar și participantele la baraj. În prima zi, a sferturilor de finală, CSM Slatina, Activ Prahova Ploiești, CSM Iași 2020 și CSM Deva au obținut victorii și vor juca, sâmbătă, pentru un loc în elită. În primul meci al turneului, CSM Slatina, câștigătoarea Seriei A a Diviziei A, și-a respectat statutul de mare favorită și s-a impus la scor în fața lui CSM Roman (locul 3 în Seria B), 38-20 (20-12).
În meciul decisiv pentru promovare, CSM Slatina va juca cu CSM Deva, câștigătoare în sferturi cu 27-22 (11-13) în fața formației CSM Galați.
CSM Iași 2020, aproape de promovare după o pauză de 23 de ani!
Pe cealaltă parte de tablou, gazdele de la CSM Iași 2020 s-au impus fără emoții în primul meci, 32-25 (17-14) cu CSU Universitatea Cluj Napoca.
Fetele pregătite de Daniel Gheorghe, Daniel Bura și Macrina Tomuleac s-au desprins la 6 goluri în finalul primei părți (17-11, minutul 27), Clujul s-a apropiat la doar două lungimi imediat după pauză (17-15), dar după eliminarea experimentatei Ani Senocico oaspetele nu au mai contat. Iașiul a avut și 8 goluri avans pe final (29-21, min. 57) și s-a impus în cele din urmă cu 32-25, având de trecut încă un hop pentru a ajunge în Liga Florilor. Ar fi prima prezență în elită pentru Iași, după o pauză de 23 de ani! Trebuie remarcată și evoluția portăriței Behfar Fatemeh Khalili, care a închis poarta în multe momente decisive și prin cele 18 intervenții salvatoare a contribuit la calificarea fără emoții a Iașiului în semifinale.
Pentru echipa ieșeană au evoluat: Victoriia Timoşenkova, Behfar Fatemeh Khalili – portari, Julia Borges Lima (10 goluri), Amalia Coman (5), Ioana Stanca (3), Georgiana Olaru (3), Adina Cârligeanu (3), Valentina Trică (2), Sladjana Prelevic (2), Anisa Şerban, Iulia Bîţă, Diana Dincă (câte un gol), Roxana Juverdeanu (1).
CSM Iași 2020 (locul 1 în Seria B a Diviziei A) va juca meciul decisiv pentru promovare cu CS Activ Prahova Ploiești, învingătoare în primul meci cu 24-22 (14-13) în fața formației Unirea Slobozia.
